The Iranian Regime Terror is led with Cybersecurity Threats

The Terror Regime in Iran is wracking havoc especially after the brutal attack of Hamas on Israel on October 7th, 2023. Iran is now watching other nations move towards Israel while its terror spreads

Iran has been identified as a significant source of cyber and militia-based threats, targeting nations like Israel, the United States, and various European countries. These threats manifest in various forms, including cyberattacks, the development and deployment of advanced weaponry, and the support of militia groups.

1. Cyberattacks: The U.S. government is preparing for a potential wave of Iranian cyberattacks and already experienced a cyber event over the Thanksgiving weekend targeting a small water facility in Pennsylvania, This is a form of retaliation for the support provided to Israel in its conflict with Hamas, and part of a larger goal to reduce US influence in the middle east.

Iran's cyber capabilities are significant, as evidenced by the activities of groups like APT33. Iran has been linked with Russian and Chinese threat groups and share information and coordinate attacks. This group, linked to Iran, has been implicated in targeted phishing email campaigns against government agencies and private companies in both the U.S. and Europe. They also use Malware, Ransomware and more complex attacks since October 7th largely targeting Israel.
